This years Stan Lee Comic Con has come to a close. I spent two days there and found it to be quite enjoyable. Wasn’t too busy and most tables were very accessible.
Parking wasnot an issue, LA Live was my choice this year. It went very smooth. A bit costly at $27.00 but I have paid much more to go to the LA Convention Center.
One experience I particularly enjoyed was spinning the Price is Right Wheel. I’ve wanted to do that since I was a kid. We didn’t win anything but it was fun!
There was a lot to see. Many different small vendors than I’ve seen in the past. I like to discover new conmics and talent.
Not too many big name comic companies there, it that’s okay. That’s what weekly comic shops are for.
I recommend this Con to anyone who doesn’t make it to San Diego for one reason or another.
It was also full of autographs of many celebrities, if that is what you like to get. Fashion show is fun. If you missed this year, keep this one in mind or next year.
