E3 3018 A Reflection

My thoughts on the 2018 E3 show that we had last week.

It’s been a week since E3 2018 took place.  We’ve been going for many years.  The past two years with the opening of it to the public really made an impact on the show, and not in a good way.  This year however, it seems they had a plan, made it easy to get your badge, get in and it was not over saturated.  This is the first year with the public that I said to myself “maybe I will come back again”.   There was a point where I was absolutely never coming back as long as the public was allowed in.

You couldn’t get to try the games, they gave out the most minimal swag, and it was like trying to get through a maze of lost people.

One change that was made this year was the security measures that they put in place and that all has to do with the state of the world.  Really nothing to do with the show.  I thought they did a great job getting people in, through I felt it was a little strict, but rather be strict than sorry.

I’m not going to get into the games that I saw this year.  I’ve been thinking about which ones I thought I was going to buy, doing some research on the ones I did’t get to play.

All in all they made this show fun, and I learned quite a bit.   If you do have the ability to buy a gamer pass for next year I would, but unfortunately a lot of the games shown at E3 don’t come out for years.  That’s on the developers.

I’ll be writing about the games I played, what I saw, and putting up some pictures.   Many pictures are on my Instagram and Twitter. Which are both on our page.

Check it out! Let us know our thoughts and what you want us to cover.
