June is one of my favorite months sole because E3is in June. I always see things that I will think about for the next few months and possibly years. The atmosphere is very up beat and there is a ton of gaming what can I say?
This year I am hoping to see some mind blowing things from Rockstar. Maybe Red Dead 2? Please. I would like to try out the newestCall of Duty and Battlefield 1.
Now I have also been waiting for The Last Guardian for I don’t know how long. This would be a great game to be able to get my hands on. Heck I’d even be okay with another video. Made from the Ico folks I’m sure it will do well.
How about some new Virtual Reality? Im curious. The only time I’ve encountered in Virtuality was the Interstellar movie before the premier. It felt so real!
What are you looking forward to this year? I am taking requests to check out different things
Uncharted 4 came out this week and it was refreshing to play. It looks amazing on the PS4. It felt like seeing an old friend, Nathan Drake, Sully.
It’s rare these days to be taken on an adventure that you can enjoy and want to be a part of. It’s not all run and gun. The environments are elaborate and detailed and are brought to life right before your eyes.
Even if you haven’t played any of the Uncharted games, Uncharted 4 is easy to pick up, play and enjoy.
Tom Clancy’s Division is a game that has grown on me. It isn’t the typical game that I find myself playing. I am an ultimate “run and gunner”, and subsequently die’r. Yes, I play Call of Duty, and I’m to very good, but I love playing it.
I picked up The Division when it was released earlier this year. I had been familiar with it at the previous E3 show. Since then I couldn’t wait for it’s release.
I will say it does have some difficulty to it. You have to take time to build up your command center. Which is a nice break to have from mindlessly shooting people.
I’m still at the point in the game where we don’t know what happened. As I look around the world I am in, I can’t help but wonder how it used to be? There isn’t many people left far as I can tell.
The world is amazing. Very detailed and that is big draw for me. What better way to enjoy yourself than by being in a world you can truly explore. So far I can tell a lot of time was put in to recreating Manhattan.
I like that I can go at my own pace. Sometimes in the COD’s single player you have to follow where they tell you to go. You can’t take your time and just explore or maybe sneak up on some bad guys. If you don’t proceed, they don’t proceed.
Tom Clancy’s Division is a solid game, and three are many things to do, from the main quest to the many side quests. If you have some time to dedicate to a great game, give the Divison a chance.
We Playstation 4 owners have gotten the Awakening DLC maps for our Call of Duty Black Ops III. I really like the maps, they seem to bring back old memories. Skyjacked, from a previous COD, is especially fun for me. However I do enjoy the new maps that we’ve never played.
Splash is an especially fun map to play. It’s a old abandoned waterpark, and yes, while we have played in old amusement parks, this one is kinda cool. It’s not tight and you can spread out across the map. Swimming is especially helpful and the ability to shoot under water is great.
I’ve always been a Xbox player due solely to the fact that I would get the maps early. Now, surprisingly that PS4 gets them a month earlier its a nice incentive to use my Playstation some more.
I look forward to the next waves of DLC. It keeps the game fun to play. It’s all a matter of opinion, some don’t like the series. I do.
