Day One E3; Thoughts

Today was the first day of the E3 show floor.  I’ve gone a couple of different years now and it seems like it is has changed drastically from last year.  Yet I still love it.  We had an easy entry into the venue, no problems what so ever.

One of our first games we played was the upcoming Ghostbusters game which is going to be releasing as the movie comes out. Its a continuation.  I played it and as a Ghostbusters fan, I think it was great.

We also watched a small video on Battlefield 1, and then were able to take some hands on time with it.  This was one of my most surprising games since I tend to be  a Call of Duty player.  I will say this, Battlefield 1 will be pre-ordered and I will be playing.  It was a pretty solid game.

We were able to try out some meditation VR.  Which I thought was super relaxing.  It was just a Samsung phone put into a VR headset.  With headphones.  I was literally transported to another time and place as a voice guided me through a meditation.  The VR headset also took my heartbeat.  This was right behind the Oculus Rift booth.

E3 2016 Is On The Horizon

June is one of my favorite months sole because E3 is in June.  I always see things that I will think about for the next few months and possibly years.  The atmosphere is very up beat and there is a ton of gaming what can I say?

This year I am hoping to see some mind blowing things from Rockstar.  Maybe Red Dead 2? Please.  I would like to try out the newest Call of Duty and Battlefield 1.

Now I have also been waiting for The Last Guardian for I don’t know how long.  This would be a great game to be able to get my hands on. Heck I’d even be okay with another video.  Made from the Ico folks I’m sure it will do well.

How about some new Virtual Reality?  Im curious.  The only time I’ve encountered in Virtuality was the Interstellar movie before the premier.  It felt so real!

What are you looking forward to this year? I am taking requests to check out different things
